Businesses have been forced to adapt at speed during the coronavirus pandemic. Innovating and finding new ways to meet the changing needs of customers is vital for survival. This award will recognise a business that has introduced new initiatives or changed its strategy during the pandemic in order to build back better. This could include pivoting towards new product categories, introducing new services, and/or digital innovation.
Criteria against which you will be judged
- What new initiatives have been introduced to react to the changing retail landscape and future proof the business?
- How successful have these initiatives been and what impact have they had?
